this place is an absolute joke. bugs appeared in my room, that’s just revolting. plus, an angry maintenance guy knocked on my door while I was sleeping—really? i almost enjoyed my stay, but after the abysmal cleanliness and dreadful service, i just couldn’t give a good review. no special treatment at all, very disappointing.
